Are you on a high school gymnastics team or considering joining one? This fun and informative class is designed just for you! Learn skills, rules, and logistics of high school gymnastics while working with our experienced coaches. You’ll train on all four events – vault, bars, beam and floor – to refine your routines or start building new ones from the ground up. Get a head start on your next season with confidence and support!
